Estimates only

Figures are estimates calculated from the official IRD 2026/27 settings (PAYE, ACC, KiwiSaver, student loan, IETC). Your actual pay depends on your circumstances, your employer's payroll, your tax code, and changes to the law. We do not guarantee accuracy and make no claim of being "100% accurate".

Percentile & comparison figures

Percentile and median comparisons use official IRD individual income statistics for the stated reference period. They describe the population, not your individual situation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paye AI and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of, or reliance on, Paye AI — including any errors or omissions in calculations, any delay in updating rates or thresholds, and any difference between our estimates and the amounts assessed by IRD. Your use of Paye AI, and your reliance on any figure or information, is solely at your own risk. Always confirm important decisions with IRD or a licensed professional.

Nothing here limits rights you may have under laws that cannot be excluded, such as the Consumer Guarantees Act 1986.
